If you want to know who are the twelve ( 12 ) desciples the Lord Jesus chose, you can read Mark 3:13-14
13.
And He went up on the mountain and called to Him those He Himself wanted. And they came to Him.
14.
Then He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach
Jesus chose twelve men to help him in His great work while he was here on earth.

The Lord has called upon us to be his desciples too. Are you one of them?
What is a desciple? A disciple of Christ is a "learner" and "follower" of Him.
