What Does the Bible Say About a Lazy Person

Today is Wednesday, and I read today's verse, I found Proverbs 20:13 which says:

13. Do not love sleep, lest you come to poverty; Open your eyes, and you will be satisfied with bread.

I think this means that if you are lazy and stay in bed or in the couch sofa all day long without doing nothing, you will be a poor man. A poor man simply means you have nothing. While some poeple might say, "I already have enough money, I don't need to work". Financially you may not be poor, but spiritually you might. Seek wealth for your soul, for having lots of money doesn't mean you have riches in your soul. Find treasures in Jesus Christ. You will find endless wealth for your soul and wisdom for you mind.

Go out side, and see the wonders that our merciful Father has created for us. Look at the sky, the trees, the birds, the animals, and most of all, see other faces that share this wonderful earth with you. Talk to people, get to know someone. Its true that a smile brings joy everyone.
