"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God."

at exodus 33:20 god said " no man may see me and yet live." what moses came to see, along with god's glory, was all of god's qualities love, wisdom, justice, power, mercy, patience, kindness, loyalty etc. that is why it could be said that moses saw god "face to face" (exodus 33: 11). god spoke with him. today god speaks to us using his "word" the bible. if we regularly read it and humble ourselves we can be pure in heart and come to "see" god
