In Mathew 6:24 Jesus says: "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or lese he wil be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot server God and mammon."

I believe you can serve God and be rich however, you need to ask yourself, If God came to me and asked me to give all my money away could you and would you? As the scripture states you can not serve two it is either GOD whom you need more than money or your money before GOD. I myself would rather have GOD HE is more precious to me than all the riches in the world. If you have money use it to enrich the Kingdom of Heaven. Tithe 10% of your money to your church. You will be surprised how the Lord will bless you.
