Matthew 26:40-41
A Chrisitian should not sin. He does not want to grieve God, But he sometimes does commit sin.
Did you ever feel like there were two people inside your head. One telling you to do the sin, while the other one telling you not to do it. It seems like there is a real fight going on. This is because there is a new you that wants to please the Lord Jesus. But the old you is still trying to get his own way.
If you continue to do the sin you are saying yes to the old you. But God says that sin shall not be your master. Let the new you be in control- say "NO" to sin.
Thank Jesus today that even though you are weak, He is strong.
Be brave, be strong,
Jesus is with you!

40. Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, "What? Could you not watch with Me one hour?
41. Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."
